Component Comparison
Which component you will use depends on what you are doing. There are three different
flavors of the components. The original schedule is a COM component. It is intended
to use in pre-VS.NET languages like Visual Basic, C++, FoxPro, PowerBuilder, etc.
The second choice is the Schedule.NET component. It is intended to be used in VS.NET
in a WinForms application. The third and last component is the WebSchedule.NET.
It is designed to be used in an ASP.NET application. You can build a web application
and use this component that generates HTML to the client browser. Each of
the controls have similar functionality. They all display data in similar fashions,
though some have more features than others depending on the operating environment.
For example the web schedule does not built-in printing because it is on the web.
